A big Thank You goes out to all the collectors and art enthusiasts who stopped by my booth at the Ann Arbor’s South University Art Fair to say “Hi” and to purchase paintings. Sales of work exceeded my expectations. I loved meeting all of you and it is so nice to see who buys my paintings and prints. I strive to exhibit new and different work at each show. My focus for the Charlevoix Waterfront Art Fair will be landscapes of northern Michigan. I hope you are able to come to the beautiful town of Charlevoix this coming weekend!

Grand Gallery in Ada, MI will be having a group show titled “Summer Reflections” on Friday, August 21 from 12:00 – 8:00 pm. I will have 5 new paintings for this group exhibit. Also, I am very excited to be part of the ArtPrize in Grand Rapids starting September 23. My painting will be featured at Peaches Inn with seven other outstanding artists. Artist talks, demonstrations and a reception will take place so stay tuned for next month's newsletter. I will also be taking part in the Art and Wine Festival in Traverse City. The inaugural event takes place  August 22, 5 pm – 10 pm at the Village at Grand Traverse Commons. There will be art, wine, food and entertainment!
